ShuJie Yan is our team writer. She is a 4th year dental student, studying at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She will receive her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in May 2021. After graduation, she will attend an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through the Air Force under the tutelage of its finest clinicians. She will be joining Dr. Melissa Seibert, practicing and serving proudly in the United States Air Force. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor in Science and commission as an Officer in the United States Air Force from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
