Continuing Education Credit Acceptance Disclaimer
Dental Digest LLC is a nationally approved PACE-provider through the Academy of General Dentistry. The Academy of General Dentistry made the following statement regarding PACE-approved programs: “The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) does not endorse any course content, products, processes, services or therapies presented by AGD PACE-approved providers. The views and opinions of program providers expressed during education programs do not necessarily state or reflect those of the AGD. AGD PACE approval may not be used for product or program endorsement purposes; nor does it imply acceptance for licensure maintenance or any other purpose by any governmental or private regulatory authority that regulates the practice of dentistry, including any national, state or provincial board of dentistry; nor does it imply accreditation of a program by AGD or PACE. Approved program providers are expected to comply with all relevant laws of applicable jurisdiction. Continuing education offered by approved program providers will be accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition credit.” (AGD Program Guidelines page 3)
It is imperative to note that the AGD cannot mandate that states accept PACE-approved CE hours. While most states do, we highly recommend you verify with your state dental licensing board that they accept nationally approved AGD PACE provides. Dental Digest LLC’s PACE Approved Provider #: 400673
Refund Policy
Dental Digest LLC does not offer any refunds on its “courses” or subscriptions published through the website or on any webinars that Dental Digest provides CE credit for. All sales are final.
Speaker Policy
Dental Digest LLC invites professionals in the dental field as its speakers for the Dental Digest podcast. We then in turn take podcast episodes which are eligible to provide continuing education hours to our listeners and offer CE credit for them (when users register). The views of our speakers/podcast guests do not necessarily represent the views and opinions of Dental Digest LLC. We exercise our best judgement prior to selecting speakers, but we do not guarantee the views and opinions of our speakers are always perfectly accurate. Speakers are selected based on their scholarly contribution to dentistry.
Some podcast episodes will not be eligible to offer CE for one or many of the following reasons 1. The episode features an ad 2. The audio quality is not satisfactory 3. Profanity, inappropriate language or information was shared that is not in accordance with the AGD’s PACE guidelines.
Some speakers may have a conflict of interest. All speakers have provided a signed conflict of interest statement and (if necessary) signed affidavit of image authenticity. If the speaker does in fact have a conflict of interest, it will be declared on our publicity.
With regards to any webinar that Dental Digest LLC provides continuing education credit for, all participants electing to receive CE credit for the webinar must complete the requisite post-assessment (quiz) 14 days after the webinar. Failure to do so will result will mean the participant does not receive CE credit for the webinar. A refund will not be issued in the event the participant fails to complete the post-assessment in time.

Purpose of this Policy:
This privacy policy identifies the different type of data this website obtains and describes what Dental Digest LLC does with that information.
Personal Information:
With regards to this website, personal information includes first and last name, email, phone number, AGD number and address. We collect the aforementioned information when users create and account or register for a course. This information is also collected when users register for our free content such as our “free e-book.” When users register for an account or sign up for a course, they are consenting to be contacted by Dental Digest LLC. This includes email and phone communications. If you have provided a mobile phone number, this also includes text messaging. Note that messaging rates apply. Users may always discontinue this communication when the user select STOP to any text message to end communication or unsubscribe to emails. We do not provide or sell any personal information to third parties.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
